William O. “Bill” Swinney, 85, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 15 at the D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Overland Park Chapel with a visitation prior from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Entombment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
