Sheldon Eisenberg

Overland Park, Kansas

Sheldon M. Eisenberg, 72, lost his battle with a Esophageal Cancer on February 5, 2020. Sheldon was born October 14, 1947 to Yale and Anne Eisenberg. He is survived by two daughters, Katie and Jessica, four grandchildren, Michaela, Emma, Michael and Mason, his brother Barry (Betty), niece Stacy, and nephews Toby, Nick and Liam.

After a long career at Hallmark Inc he retired and was able to spend his days working on projects in his “shop” or in the MakerSpace at the Johnson County Library. He always had several projects going on, that everyone looked forward to seeing completed.

Sheldon will be remembered as a great father, Zayde, friend and an amazingly talented craftsman. His grandkids loved spending time with him and look forward to his yearly visits to California.

Memorial services will be held at 1 PM on April 4, 2020 Followed by a short reception at 2 PM at Overland Park Funeral Chapel 8201 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS 66204. In lieu of flowers, donations to cancer research or the Midwest Center of Holocaust Education is suggested.
