Samma Chung, 81, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Memorial services and inurnment will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the Chapel Of Memories in Forest Hill and Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Shriner’s Burn Unit.
Samma was born Kauai, HI. He retired as a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corp serving one tour in Korea and two tours in Vietnam. Samma later worked for St. Luke’s South in environmental services. He was a member of the Abdallah Shrine. Survivors include a daughter, Tanya; a son, Dutch; and four grandsons.
