Keith Sloan, 58, passed away Sat., Sept. 15, 2012. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Fri., Sept. 21, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Lee's Summit Christian Church, 800 NE Tudor Rd., Lee's Summit, MO. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Brain Injury Assoc. of Greater Kansas City, 6701 W. 64th St., Suite 120, Overland Park, KS 66202. Keith was born Sept. 1, 1954, in Kansas City, MO, to Jerry L. and Nancy Lee. He grew up in Raytown and graduated from Raytown South High School in 1972. He was successful in the screen print industry as a regional manager for Colonial Printing Ink. He was an avid Chief's fan, loved fishing and music. Keith was a member and volunteer at Lee's Summit Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Sloan. Survivors include his two daughters: Kristen Rene' and Lindsay Marie Sloan and granddaughters: Taylor and Angelisa; step-daughter, Maria; parents: Jerry & Jan Sloan, and Nancy Lee Conway; five brothers: Robert, David, Jerry, Steve, and Gerald; three sisters: Barbara, Belinda and Cindy; as well as many extended family and friends.
