Linda Larson

Linda Louise (Nicholson) Larson, 80, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on November 29th. Linda is survived by her husband, Robert W. Larson of Overland Park, her son Steven J. Saeedi (Bonnie) of Black Hawk, Colorado, her daughter Anastasia J. Mahvi of Brussels, Belgium, grandchildren Winter and Malachy Saeedi, Nathan and Lea Claeys, and nieces Christine Abbott-Irwin and Debbie Nicholson. She is preceded in death by her Parents and brother Leonard J. Nicholson.

Linda lived in Tehran, Iran for 18 years where her first husband, Paul S. Saeedi was General Manager at IBM. She made her life in Iran with 2 children, worked at Pan Am, graduated from Damavand College, finished in 3 years as a double major, and was top of her class and valedictorian. She was a warrior, she had compassion, she had a great sense of humor, she was a lover of animals, gave unconditionally, and only wanted happiness and love.

A memorial service will be held in the spring of 2022. Private family burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any animal shelter or rescue of their choice.
