Leonard Fagan

Leonard E. Fagan, 85, of Overland Park, Kan., passed away Thursday, October 11, 2007. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at First Baptist Church of Overland Park, 8200 W. 96th Street, Overland Park. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church prior to the service. Private inurnment in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Church or to the Alzheimer's Association, Heartland Chapter, 3846 W. 75th, Prairie Village, KS 66208. Leonard was born on Oct. 13, 1921, in Hinton, Okla. He was a Navy Veteran. He married Jeanne L. Hopper in 1942. Leonard was a purchasing agent for UMKC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elgan and Bertha Fagan; and his brother, Donald Randall. Survivors include his wife, Jeanne Fagan; children, John (Sue) Fagan, Susan (Jim) Briganti, Marti (Charles) Windler, Randy (Annette) Fagan, Jeffrey (Nancy) Fagan; one nephew, Orville Randall; 10 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
