Mrs. Josephine Grauberger

Josephine L. Grauberger, 94, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2013, at her home. Mass of the Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, where she was a member for many years; burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m., Monday at the D.W. Newcomer's Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf Ave. The family suggests contributions to Heartland Hospice Services. Jo was a member of St. Agnes Alter Society for many, many years as well as the Daughters of Isabella at St. Agnes Catholic Church. She was married to John E. Grauberger, Sr. on July 1, 1939, until his death in November 2011. Survivors include her five children, Mary Jo (Bob) Lane, John (Kathy) Grauberger, Carol Buczek, Kathy (Tom) Kearns, Tom (Denise) Grauberger; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and many great, great-grandchildren.
