Jesse R. Smith, Jr., 76, of Kansas City, MO passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at the Kansas City Hospice House.
Jesse was born January 18, 1930 in Scott City, KS to Jesse R., Sr. and Isabel (West) Smith and had lived in this area since 1953. He was a retired Aircraft Mechanic with the Air Force Reserve. Jesse was a member of the 442nd Air Force Reserve Association, and the unofficial McDonald's Coffee Club. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Rae Smith in 1995, survivors include; daughter, Kelly R. Smith of Merriam, KS., sons, Jesse D. Smith of Omaha, NE., Gene P. Smith of Gladstone, MO.
