Jerolyn Mae "Jeri" Saathoff, 82, of Overland Park , KS, died April 8, 2014. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 11th, 12-1:00 PM, with a 1:00 PM funeral service, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 9101 Lamar Ave, Overland Park, KS. Jeri was born in Wauneta, NE on December 30, 1931 to John and Esther (Schleufer) Brosch. She attended elementary school in rural Wauneta, NE and High School Ogallala, NE, and college in Winfield, KS and Kearney, NE. She was united in marriage to Fred Saathoff in Ogallala, NE on December 12, 1954, who preceded her in death in 2006. She was a life-long member of the Lutheran Church and a member of Bethany Lutheran for almost 50 years.
Survivors include her three children, Clayton of Larned, KS, Kathleen Kreie of El Dorado, KS, and Carter (Mary Claxton) of Sedalia, MO, a grandson, Tyler Smith, of El Dorado, KS, Sister, Delores Most of Omaha, NE, and many nieces and nephews.
