Harry Buckman

Harry W. Buckman, Jr., 98, of Leawood, KS, passed on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. Harry was born April 14, 1920, in New York City (Bronx) to Harry and Catherine Buckman. He enjoyed working with computers and was an avid sports fan; he was a Chiefs season ticket holder for 40 + years.  Harry was known as a real man’s man and enjoyed working for himself. He owned and operated a few electronics businesses until his retirement.

Harry is preceded in death by his wife and high school sweetheart, Alyce Buckman, and daughter, Alycia Donovan. He is survived by his children, Tony Buckman and wife Sally, Jack “Skip” Buckman and wife Mary, and Mary Jean Coyne and husband Mark; 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
