Elizabeth Adams, 90, of Bucyrus, KS, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2010 at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Overland Park Chapel, burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2010 at the chapel.
Elizabeth was born July 23, 1920 in Buchanan County, MO. She was married to Francis E. Adams November 1, 1939, he preceded her in death November 2, 1986. Elizabeth was also preceded in death by eight siblings. Survivors include 3 sons, Charles E. (Linda) Adams, Michael D. (Cindy) Adams, and John D. (Lyn) Adams; two sisters, Mary McBrayer and Joan LeStourgeon; 5 Grandchildren: Charlie Jr., Clint, and Lane Adams; Cloudy Namanny and Heather Vincent; 9 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
