Mary Eileen Wright, 93, of Shawnee, KS passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by family.
Eileen was a homemaker, devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling with family, making loving memories through her sewing, cooking for her family and her chocolate milk shakes.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Frank “Bert” Wright, two sons, 1 daughter, and eight brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Ron Baruner and Jim Wright; two daughters, Darlene Anderson and Pat Frakes; sixteen grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Shawnee Mission Memorial Gardens, 23215 W. 75th St. Shawnee, KS 66227. Celebration of Life immediately following.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Compassionate Care Hospice.
