Cecil Downing Jr.

Cecil E. Downing Jr., passed away on Satruday, May 12, 2018 at the age of 68. Cecil was the loving husband of Jane Downing; dear father of Jeannette (John) Schwartz, Cecil E. Downing III and Veronica (Joe) Spiecker; step-father of Sean (Kathleen) O’Neill and Aaron (Julie) O’Neill; cherished grandfather of John Jr., Chelsea, Adam, Joe, Tasha, Andrea, Jacob, Brian, Roman, Lily and Amya; great-grandfather of Laiden, Kendall, Macee, Anthony, Trinity, Kyla, Zyler and Remi. He is also survived by his brother Richard Downing. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents Cecil E. Downing Sr. and Margie L. Downing and his sister Kay Martin.
