Beulah M. Pittman went into the arms of her Savior on January 6, 2016 at The Gables in Overland Park, Kansas, where she has resided for the past year and a half. Visitation will be from 2-4 pm, Sunday, January 10 at Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS. Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, January 11 at the Chapel followed by burial at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, Shawnee, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Olathe View Baptist Church or Grace Hospice.
Beulah spent most of her life in the Kansas City area where she raised her family. She was a dedicated member of Olathe View Baptist Church which she always considered part of her family. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Lee; a daughter, Connie Lawrence; and by her four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by: her daughter, Sonia Nunn of Spring Hill, KS; a son, Ronald (Kathy) Pittman of Peculiar, MO; two brothers Don and Darrell Whitby of Tulsa, OK; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
