Maximilian "Max" Nelson

Maximilian (Max) A. Nelson, age 22, of Westwood Kansas, passed away April 22nd, 2019.

Max was the charismatic bright light of his family.  His love of sports, music and his amazing social life embodies the larger-than-life persona of the giant-hearted young man that he was, and was eclipsed only by his love for others.  Max enjoyed making people laugh, and he was very good at it.

Max is succeeded by his mother Jane Nelson, Brother’s Tyler Martin, Howie Nelson, and Sister Aurora Nelson. As well as, his Grandmother Betty Dalrymple and Grandfather Howard Nelson Jr., as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Overland Park Funeral Chapel at 8201 Metcalf Ave. on Monday, April 29th at 4pm. Celebration of Life Party for Max will be at the Ward Parkway Lanes from 6pm-10pm.
